Malam penghargaan Melon Music Awards (MMA 2024) telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 November. Acara MMA 2024 berlangsung meriah dengan menghadirkan para artis K-pop di INSPIRE Arena, Incheon.
Para line up artis penampil, masing-masing menunjukkan pesona mereka di panggung pertunjukkan MMA 2024. Para aktor dan aktris turut hadir sebagai host untuk mengumumkan pemenang dari setiap kategori di upacara penghargaan.
Tahun ini beberapa nama seperti aespa, IU, dan TWS juga mendapat banyak nominasi untuk sejumlah kategori di Melon Music Awards. aespa bahkan sukses membawa tiga penghargaan tertinggi aka daesang dalam ajang ini lewat kategori Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, serta Song of the Year.
aespa sukses membawa pulang tiga piala Daesang yang merupakan kategori penghargaan tertinggi di Melon Music Awards 2024. Girl group asal SM Entertainment tersebut memenangkan penghargaan Album of the Year, Song of the Year, hingga Artist of the Year.
Secara keseluruhan, Karina dan kawan-kawan sukses meraih tujuh piala sekaligus dari ajang penghargaan musik tersebut. Selain piala Daesang, empat penghargaan lainnya yakni Best Group-Female, Best Performance- Female, Top 10 (Bonsang), dan Millions Top 10.
